The entire soundstage can accommodate up to 100 people with a tiered seating system. (FLOOR PLAN ) That makes it a great location for taping all kinds of business events like corporate sales meetings and seminars. The seating system is removable, however, if you require a larger space to showcase a product or service, or to shoot a scene.

The space is currently set up to shoot a live audience talk-show program, and features an impressive ‘living-room’ backdrop and furniture. But a full-length black curtain can cover the backdrop, enabling customers to adapt the 18-foot by 20-foot stage area to their best advantage. The soundstage also has ‘blue-screen’ capabilities.

The entire space measures 40 feet x 50 feet, is fully insulated for noise-reduction, and contains a silent air-conditioning system. The soundstage, available for ½ day, full-day and evening rentals, is located just off Highway #1 in the Guilford area of Surrey. Our soundstage could easily be mistaken for a soundstage in Vancouver. But there is no mistake about price; you’ll pay a lot less out here.
